Send an enquiry with the right job details

The enquiry form is the quickest way to get help from our team. Please include your company name, location, the type of work you do, and whether you need a new machine, tooling, setup support or help with an existing line. If you already have a drawing, part sample or process note, mention it in the message so we can point the enquiry to the right person first time.

  • What machine or process you need help with
  • Part material, bore size, depth and any tolerance targets
  • Your town or site location in South Africa
  • Whether you need installation, training, or breakdown support

Where Deephole supports customers

We support manufacturers and engineering shops from Benoni across Gauteng and into the main industrial centres. Our base in Benoni allows us to assist customers in Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Cape Town and Gqeberha with practical machine and tooling support. If your site is on the East Rand or elsewhere in Gauteng, we can usually respond quickly and arrange the right next step.

For urgent production issues, note that you need breakdown support in the form and add a short description of the fault, machine condition and whether production has stopped. That helps us plan the callout and bring the right spares or tooling.

What our team can assist with

Deephole focuses on gun-drilling and deep-hole boring machines, along with the tooling and setup needed to keep production moving. We also assist with startup work, operator handover and process checks for shops that want steadier results on the floor.

  • Machine installation and commissioning
  • Tooling selection and setup optimisation
  • Operator training and production startup
  • Process troubleshooting and alignment checks
  • Preventive maintenance and coolant system service

How fast we respond

Once the form is submitted, we aim to come back within one working day for most standard enquiries, and sooner where possible during normal business hours. For breakdown support or production stoppages, we will prioritise the request and confirm the next available action. Response times can vary by location, workshop access and the detail supplied in the form.

Clear information helps us reduce back-and-forth and gets the right person on the job faster. A short note with the key issue is better than a long general message.

Meet the people behind the support

You will deal with a small team that understands machine work, tooling and support calls on real shop floors. Marius Jacobus van Rensburg leads the business, with Ayanda Mokoena handling sales engineering, Johan Smit on applications, and Noluthando Dlamini coordinating service. Francois du Plessis handles machine technician work, Leanne Naidoo leads training, and Sibusiso Khumalo supports tooling queries.

That structure helps us route your enquiry to the right person without delay, especially when a machine issue needs technical input rather than a general reply.

Best details to include for a useful reply

To help us answer properly, include the following in your message if you can. The more specific the details, the easier it is for us to advise on machine setup, tooling or support options.

  • Part drawing or a written part description
  • Machine make or model, if you already have one on site
  • Current issue, such as chatter, alignment, coolant or hole finish
  • Preferred contact person at your workshop
  • Any access limits, site rules or loading bay notes

We work with workshops that need practical answers, not guesswork and that is what the enquiry form helps us deliver.
